Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is clean and offers a nice selection of pools along with a beautiful beach, making it a pleasant vacation spot. The staff is friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. However, the dining options were quite limited, and the entertainment was lacking, especially for families with kids. Overall, it feels more suited for those looking for a quieter getaway rather than a lively family-friendly experience.
We had a decent stay at this hotel, especially since it’s our fifth visit to Almeria. The highlight for me was definitely the margarita magician in the basement who crafted amazing drinks. The staff were nice and the gardens were pleasant, but the dining experience fell short, particularly at dinner times. Overall, I'd rate it as a solid option but with some areas needing improvement.
We had a fantastic family vacation at this resort with plenty of activities for the kids, from fun slides to a lovely pool area. The dining options were numerous and generally excellent, catering well to various tastes. However, the towel situation by the pool was quite frustrating, as many guests reserved beds for hours without using them. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, but improvements are needed in managing poolside sunbeds.
I had an absolutely wonderful time at the hotel! The staff was very welcoming, and I really appreciated the clean, spacious rooms with stunning views. The variety of dining options was impressive, though some meals could be improved. The pools were fantastic, especially for families, and the beach right nearby was spotless. A downside was the towel situation at the pool, which could be frustrating for those trying to find loungers later in the day.
This hotel has some great features like clean rooms, a lovely beach, and a fun splash zone for kids. However, the dining experience leaves much to be desired with limited variety, and the service wasn't always helpful. Overall, it feels a bit underrated for a 4-star hotel, especially regarding entertainment options.
We just got back from a week at the hotel and had a wonderful time overall. The children loved the pool area and slides, which kept them entertained all day. The staff were especially accommodating to my dietary needs, finding gluten-free options, which was a huge plus. However, while the hotel was clean and the service good, dining wasn’t very impressive, particularly at dinner, and I wish there were more English channels on the TV.
Our family had an amazing time at this resort! The pools were clean and well-supervised, making for a fun experience for the kids. The food offered was diverse and delicious. However, the issue of reserved sunbeds was frustrating; it seemed poorly managed. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this hotel for a family holiday.
We just returned from a week-long stay, and it was an amazing experience! The hotel was also incredibly accommodating for my daughter’s gluten-free needs, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure she felt special. The pools were chilly but very enjoyable once you got in, and the buffet had plenty of choices, albeit a bit repetitive. Overall, we had a fantastic time and are already planning our return next year!
We had a large family holiday and found the hotel to be very accommodating for all ages, with plenty of food options that even the pickiest eaters enjoyed. The kids loved the pool area, but we did struggle a bit with the air conditioning in our room and the late-night entertainment timings. Overall, it was a fun experience filled with good moments, but there were definitely areas that could be improved.
